And tucked away at the back of the garden: seventeen small modern houses, designed for independence, tranquillity and longer stays. Raw concrete, zinc, natural wood — a more minimalist aesthetic, but always warm.
In the middle, a large leafy park — almost secret — where a majestic 300-year-old chestnut tree stands tall.
